The Anabaptist is a ministry broadcasting from our home to yours.

In this time of pandemic, lockdowns and restrictions the aim is to be sharing reflections, devotions, poems, stories and prayers for people to use in their worship at home.

This comes in two main forms Easy Essays (Blog/Notes) and Silent Worship (Mini Liturgy Podcasts). There are also additional written, audio and visual posts available via the Links list at the top of the page.

Further more there is an opportunity to listen to some sermons by Mark MacLeod (my brother) at Whytes Causeway Baptist Church in Kirkcaldy and join the conversation at House Church.

(Note: This ministry does not aim to replace other churches or ministries, but in the spirit of Christian brotherhood to share or compliment them).

Welcome to my ministry site. A huge thank you to Worthy of Praise for hosting this site. One of the reasons I chose Worthy of Praise was because it was free and indeed He is truly worthy of all praise! Here is a slightly deeper introduction to my ministry:

Ministry type: Christian preacher (in word and action God willing), Writer and Blogger. Bi-vocational. You will find the feed for my podcast Silent Worship on this site. If you wish to submit recordings of reflections, poetry, prayer or scriptures please feel free. My other roles in life are as a Christian husband and parent and also as a Christian support worker at Redwoods Caring Foundation.

Memberships: Former member of Scottish Baptist Lay Preachers Association and Prayer Pastors for Street Pastors. Presently a member of Evana Network (Evangelical Anabaptists), Companions of Jesus, United Christian Faith Ministries, Centrepoint and Christian CND.

About Me: My Christian Testimony

Training: Studied at Highland Theological College. Also studied Social Sciences and Social Care in Inverness.

A few of the places I’ve had the blessing to have preached: The Junction Church in Inverness (when it was still called Christian Outreach Centre), Inverness Baptist Church , Bristo Baptist Church. Also a church in Romania, a YMCA, a House Church type deal and what I think was a former Brethren Church in Scotland. I also of course preached as part of my training at HTC and for the SBLPA. I’ve been blessed to be allowed to do a few talks for people with disabilities and children.
